The coolest technology I have experienced so far is Virtual Reality. I think its so cool that you can move around, see and speak to other people through avatars they create. I find it interesting because there is a whole virtual world. Filled with different interest, games, and fantasies that we can only imagine. Its fascinating how that type of technology evolves everyday.
The most interesting form of technology that I have experienced is a cryogenic chamber. This is used as a tool for recovery for athletes. In lameness terms it is basically an improved ice bath. They help with pain relief and reduced inflammation as well an assortment of other things.
The coolest technology ive experienced so far is, Tesla self driving feature. Its crazy to think that our technology has evolved from the first smart phone to self driving cars. The technology used in the Tesla allows you to sit back and do nothing while the car drives from you.
One of the coolest pieces of technology I have used is 3D printing. I think it is very cool to be able to design a model on a computer and have the ability to physically print it out. It can be useful to many aspects of our every day life, and every profession could find a use for 3D printing.
The coolest technology I have seen would be whatever the doctors used to take pictures of my shoulder. They inserted a needle (I think with a camera on it) into my shoulder to get better pictures. I was able to feel the needle touching my bone and saw it on the camera! I think it is so cool that technology is now being used to help with medical care. There are a lot more advances to medical technology now than there has ever been.
I think the coolest technology that I have ever seen and used is actually an old, outdated technology: vinyl records. It fascinates me that sound is able to be translated from grooves in a disc to sound by a needle & speakers. On top of that, I enjoy the sound quality that comes out of the speakers. It also fascinates me that the sounds you get from vinyl is the closest anyone will ever be to the artist recording actually making the music due to the digitalization of music. I also really like Spotify.
When I was just a kid, I was obsessed with the technology that I never had but desperately wanted. In preschool, I used to make Nintendo DS's out of paper and pretend to play Mario Kart, and I would love to go in the Computer Lab just to play on the drawing application. Eventually, when I was old enough, my family got me an iPod. This iPod was my favorite thing in the world, and it was definitely the coolest technology that I had ever used. You could take voice recordings on it, take pictures of friends, and play all sorts of games, and I yet to feel this kind of fascination with another kind of technology since then.
The coolest technology I have experienced is Virtual Reality. After learning about the Metaverse and its upcoming prevalence in our world of fitness and sports, it is one of the coolest forms of technology I think we may experience. Being able to interact with different people and play video games as if you were the main character is something I never thought I would experience. There is a big difference between first person games and virtual reality as it is almost like you are in the game acting it out yourself.
The coolest technology that I have experienced so far would probably be the special effects that movies and television shows use. The advancements that have been made to make unbelievable scenes in movies look real is absolute incredible. When you watch the CGI from a movie made back in the early 2000s and one now that uses CGI you can see the major differences with such little time.
The coolest technology that I have experienced so far is Virtual Reality. I think its cool that your are able to feel like you are actually in a virtual world. I think its cool how that technology is able to make things feel so realistic.
The coolest technology I have ever seen was the Tesla cars that can essentially drive themselves. The way that you do not even need your hands on the wheel or foot on the pedal when driving a Tesla is very intriguing to me. There are so many technological advances that I have experienced but the Tesla cars are one that I find the coolest of technology.
The coolest technology I have seen is probably the advanced editing software that is out there. I love seeing videos on social media that are edited really well. Not just by putting clips together, but the videos where the images look even more clear than when looking at something in real life. The fact that we can make a clip in a video look almost better than real life is crazy to think about and also gets my mind thinking. Sometimes if I see a video of another place in the world that looks very edited, I think, "is that what it really looks like, or is it just edited to look better than it is?"
I know this is going to seem unconventional and exactly opposite of everyone else's thinking, but tower cranes. I love building. My father is a carpenter, and watching his brain work and create something from nothing in a step by step basis is unbelievable. Tower Crane's have so much technology. It's unbelievable that people can build nearly indestructible machines at the size, and power they contain. Seeing a tower crane pick up a 60 foot long piece of steel and drag it around like a ragdoll is something that well not the most entertaining, is just really unreal and cool. So, tower cranes are my choice.
I think that the coolest technology I have ever used is the Oculus VR headset. I think that it is so interesting how people can create a software that puts you in a virtual reality and can create so many applications for it. I know that it is also still advancing with what all you can do with it. You can even watch tv through it such as getting on Netflix, which is a nice feature of it. I have used one to play lots of games on before.
The coolest technology I have encountered is Speech Technology using tablets and brain wave activity for individuals with disabilities. I recently saw a Tiktok of a mother and child and her child with cerebral palsy (non verbal) using her brain and eye connection to scroll through the iPad and choose choice options for words. The tool is called Tobii Dynavox with eye gaze and is truly amazing to watch. Caught my attention right away as it is a life altering invention.
The coolest piece of technology for myself is based purely on nostalgia. I loved my Gameboy Advanced SP with my whole 7 year old being. I played Pokemon (Like, a lot), Spyro, Metroid, and Lego Star Wars. While it was a tiny 2.9" screen, it teleported me directly into the games and removed all of the stressors and anxieties I had. I still turn to video games as a temporary escape, so I would have to say this is the coolest technology to me.
I haven't experienced a lot of technology but the coolest technology I have encountered is the Amazon Blink light and camera. I have both of these items in my apartment and they allow me to see what is going on in my apartment through my phone and to be able to control the lights (two lamps) from my phone. When I went home on fall break I was able to see what my cat was doing while I was away, and I could even talk to her through my phone. I was able to control the lights and it is extremely helpful when I come home late from practice to turn the light on before I even get home. This is the coolest technology to me.
I think the coolest technology is 3D game development software. I worked with this software in High School. I used the software Unreal Engine. I made animations with a game. You could also design the map in the game. You can make edits and insert different types of objects. You can also alter the landscape in the map. There is a lot of coding behind the scenes that makes this possible. I had to make a map with objects and they had to react with the character in the game.
The coolest technology I have ever experienced would have to be the nintendo 64. I remember it being the first video game I have ever played or saw and I thought it was the best thing in the world. The game wasn't programed into the nintendo 64 but you had these games that you pushed into the top of it and sometimes you had to blow on it in order for it to work. My favorite games to play with my siblings were Mario and James bond.
I think the coolest technology I have ever seen is a CT scan in the medical field. I remember seeing it for the first time and couldn't believe how it works. A CT scan can show organs, soft tissues, and blood vessels in addition to bones. CT scans can show a 3D model of the body part being scanned.
The coolest technology that I have used is a VR headset. I was shocked how reak it felt there was some jump scares and crazy stuff going on that actually made me jump which was pretty funny to see im sure. I say this is the craziest because this was a few years ago and i'm sure it's already gotten so much better.
One of the coolest technological things that i've seen is the touch screen toaster. I think thats the coolest because even something so simple was improved by technology.
The coolest technology I have ever experienced is tesla. Its just crazy to think about how technology evolved from the iPod coming out really not to long ago to self driving electric cars. Tesla is the coolest technology because it is a car that literally drives by itself.
One of the coolest technology I have seen is a touch screen fridge. It has all the regular fridge and freezer features that keep our food fresh. The outside comes with an ice make, with different shapes/ sizes of ice and a drink dispenser. The doors on the outside have a touchscreen on it as if it has a giant ipad on the door. It has nearly all the features of an ipad as well, Youtube, games, netflix, etc. The only feature I think it doesn't have is a camera. It is very cool though for a fridge.
The coolest technology that I can thin k of is probably the optical camouflages that turn people invisible in specific scenarios. I think they typically come in the form of something you wear or something you stand in front of. While they aren't very practical, the idea that you can create an illusion of being completely invisible to the naked idea is just fun to me.
The coolest technology that I have seen or know about is CGI, SFX, and VFX, which are all affects you see in movies, tv show, or even in general videos. I just think it is amazing how they can use effects to make the movie look so real and seem as if it is very real, whereas it is all taking place behind a green screen. The fact that it can all be done with programming and generated by a computer. Then how effects can be done from the camera is amazing too. Like how explosions and certain out of world elements can be put on the big screen.
The coolest technology I have ever experienced is probably the machine used in the hospital to take scans of your internal organs. When I was in the hospital in 2020, I had to get several scans where they used this liquid that gets injected through an IV. The liquid makes you feel really warm and a little tingly. The table then moves into the tube and scans your body. It was able to show if there were and leakages inside. It was really neat and I liked that the liquid made you feel warm haha. Technology they use in hospitals really amazes me and shows how advanced it has become!
I think that the coolest technology I have experienced personally would probably be the usage of augmented reality. I have experienced AR in a few ways that I have found either entertaining or very helpful. For example, Amazon has recently added an AR feature that lets you see how big something would look in a certain space. Another use of AR can be seen in Pokemon GO! which was a popular app for a very long time that still holds a strong fanbase. I think that there is so much potential with AR in the future and I hope to see the developments of it in the future!
